The new CD by Slim Pickens and Doctor Baz is finished and will be officially released in coming weeks. It's called "Next Time" and it's a real step forward for the cajun coyboys. It features 10 new original songs composed by Dr. Baz, plus a beauty penned by Slim and one cover - a Memphis Minnie McCoy classic "The Mill". Enjoy the special guest spots by harmonica great Doc Span, Dave Rankin on trombone and some sizzling violin work by Glenny Rae. Drum and percussion duties are shared by the legendary Rick Brewer and Neil McCann.
